بررسی میزان رضایت از ارائه خدمات کتابخانه مرکزی واحد علوم و تحقیقات دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با رویکرد بازاریابی

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان ارائه خدمات کتابخانه مرکزی واحد علوم و تحقیقات دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با رویکرد بازاریابی و از دیدگاه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی است. در این پژوهش دو مؤلفه تنوع خدمات و حجم منابع اطلاعاتی و برنامه‌های ترویجی به عنوان دو مؤلفه بازاریابی مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی - پیمایشی و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه به اجرا در آمده است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای - تصادفی از بین جامعه آماری دانشجویان واحد علوم و تحقیقات نمونه‌ای با حجم 378 نفر انتخاب شد. فرضیه‌های آزمون با استفاده از آزمون t مورد آزمون قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که کسب اطلاعات مورد نیاز و مرتبط با دروس دانشگاهی، شناسایی منابع تخصصی، روزآمد کردن اطلاعات تخصصی و حرفه‌ای مهم­ترین دلیل مراجعه‌ کنندگان بوده، و از پایان‌نامه‌ها و کتاب‌ها بیشتر از سایر منابع استفاده می‌کنند. کتابداران مهم­ترین نقش را در ترویج برنامه‌های کتابخانه دارند، و استفاده از بروشور در نوبت بعدی قرار دارد. میزان مشارکت دانشجویان در انتخاب منابع اطلاعاتی نیز در حد متوسط است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین تنوع خدمات و حجم منابع اطلاعاتی با استفاده از کتابخانه رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین به کارگیری برنامه‌های ترویجی در کتابخانه و میزان ارائه خدمات کتابخانه‌ای نیز رابطه معنادار بوده و فرضیه‌های پژوهش مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the library services of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, with a marketing approach. In this study, two principles of the variety 4P's is emphasized: 1. Promotion 2. Products.
Methodology: An applied and descriptive study was used. In this survey a questionnaire has been carried out and stratified random sampling of students in Science and Research population was 378 and  hypotheses ware examined.
Findings: Findings indicate that the required information, and related academic courses, identifies sources of professional, technical and professional updating of information were the most reasons  for visitors and they used mostly theses and books. Librarians had the most important role in promoting library programs and using brochure was in second place. Participation rate of students in selection of information resources was moderate.
Results: Result show that there were a significant relationship between using the library services and information resources There also a relationship between services promotion program services  and the extension of library services are presented.The research hypotheses were confirmed .
