Purpose:awareness of the existence of the relationship between organizational learning and empowerment of librarians of public library of Markazi province.
Methodology:research has been done descriptive survey method and demographic research include of 146 employees working in libraries affiliated to the public libraries in the Markazi province. data gathering to census method. The instruments used for data collection is empowerment Spreitzer questionnaire and Neef organizational learning questionnaire and Cronbach's value for both the questionnaire is 0.93. To analyze the data of the methods of descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and testing Friedman is used.
Findings:Research results showed that a strong correlation and positive relationship between job feel meaning full with organizational learning, between the feeling of competence and organizational learning, between the sense of choice with organizational learning, between the feeling of impact in job with organizational learning and between the feeling of trust in others and organizational learning in between of librarians of public library of Markazi province.
Conclusion: The results of the research shows that the organizational learning on empowerment (meaningful of jobs, in the feeling of competence, the sense of choice, the feeling of impact, the feeling of trust in others) is effective and could be the basis for the formulation of human resources strategies in the field of empowerment and organizational learning librarians and public libraries with benefiting from the results can be competitive in the modern world that is constantly changing, survive.
